NIAD encourages the teamwork of staff and volunteers to offer NIAD artists and patrons the best services possible. Volunteers contribute their unique talents, skills, and knowledge of our community to provide personalized attention to the students and patrons. Volunteers may choose to assist in any of the following areas: art studio, gift shop, receptionist, marketing, and curatorial.

A variety of volunteer opportunities exist. All volunteers are trained in their area of interest. They may develop work schedules convenient to them (i.e. twice a week, once a month, etc.).The NIAD offices are open 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our Gift Shop and Gallery are open 9 a.m.- 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and by appointment.
